When I initially reached out to Lynsey, I was seeking help around setting boundaries and building confidence. Today, I am so thankful that I took this step as I have been able to work through so much more, finally breaking a cycle that I was continuously repeating and creating a new lifestyle that I’m thriving in.

Throughout my journey with Lynsey I have learnt a lot about myself on a deeper level and was able to let go of trauma I have held for many years. After many, many years with different health professionals, Lynsey has been the one to help me break out of the loop I was living in. After the first few sessions with Lynsey, we uncovered many layers of hurt and trauma which helped me to understand why I was feeling stuck and repeating patterns over and over again for years. Although this part of the journey was difficult, having Lynsey guide me through each session, providing me with a safe environment to open up and give me the time to understand why, I then started to feel a shift, letting go of each layer as we tackled it.

Sitting here today, I can happily say that I am living life in flow. I have discovered my authentic self, and am on a pathway living my life the way I want. This transformation has allowed me to learn about myself, becoming comfortable in my skin and embracing who I am.

Through the course of the program, Lynsey helped me uncover and address the childhood trauma and parental neglect I had experienced and which has carried over into my relationships as an adult. I was lacking healthy boundaries, people pleasing and disconnected from self.

Through my work with Lynsey, I have become much more aware of when I’m being triggered, become less prone to reacting from fear or anger and able to state my needs or remove myself from a situation. More often than not I am able to deal with situations in a more constructive way and be gentler with myself in the process.

It felt like anxiety was ruling my life and had me living with much fear of judgement and reprisal. Through Lynsey’s guidance and support my relationship with myself and others have greatly improved. Lynsey’s helped me set boundaries on what behaviour I’ll accept and I’ve become more discerning when seeking relationships, choosing people that are more aligned with my values.

I highly recommend Lynsey’s Journey to Wholeness Program. The future looks so much brighter now I’m more accepting of myself and confident in my abilities.

Working with Lynsey over the last few years has been one of the most transformative and soul affirming experiences that I’ve had for sometime now.

The amount of compassion, love, empathy, knowledge & experience I had with Lynsey during my therapy sessions with her has been second to none. She helped me release my childhood wounds, dig deep through my trauma and help me release old connections, step into my personal power, realign with my passions, purpose, goals, creativity and attract greater abundance.

This past year has been hell, but with Lynsey’s help and guidance I have been able to fully heal myself and release what no longer serves me.

I love the fact Lynsey uses talk time and reiki to help process the feelings inside your body.

Before working with Lynsey, I didn’t realise how much I was operating from anxiety and survival mode. I was constantly in my head, trying to hold everything together & blaming myself but never really feeling safe to just be. I knew I had stuff to work through, but I had no idea how deep the patterns ran until this course cracked me open in the best possible way.

Week by week, Lynsey created this space that felt both soft and confronting, and that’s exactly what I needed. I’ve let go of so much guilt, shame, and emotional noise. I’ve become less anxious, more present with my daughter, I am a lot more self aware and ready to face into the uncomfortable.

But the biggest shift? I actually like who I’m becoming & no longer blame myself for the patterns. This journey & Lynsey helped me understand the anxiety and where it came from and I feel more equipped to create a life that’s actually mine.

My healing journey with Lynsey has been profoundly liberating and life changing. In particular, during a pivotal point in my life where options seemed limited, and with potentially heavy outcomes had I continued on the fear based path that I was fast-tracking. I hadn’t realised the depth of misalignment and how disconnected I had become from family, friends, career goals, finances and life in general. But mostly from myself and my innermost passions and joy.
I had lost the true meaning of life, as I steam rolled unrealised potential, into fear based decisions that reflectively would have led to a life of mechanical living and misery.
My 3-4 month journey with Lynsey helped me to reach deeply into old wounds that had been dictating my life from the sidelines, and to gently remove their hooks with a renewed mindset. The wounded inner child had been ‘running the show’ for years and had been ‘holding’ the adult through challenging life experiences. Lynsey’s nurturing support and safe healing space helped integrate both, by honouring and holding a very fatigued inner child and allowing the adult to emerge and navigate life, love and any new challenges along the way. I cannot recommend Lynsey highly enough. Her sessions are like no other, as she holds space without judgement, and with deep wisdom and genuine empathy that leaves you feeling safe, supported, cared for and heard.
