I have always had a deep care for people and curiosity in their stories. Throughout my life I have explored many different modalities to enable me to better understand the way we work. From Psychology and Sociology to learning about the Social Brain and later Reiki and Holistic Counselling, I’ve devoted my life to the service of humanity in the hope that we could discover how to live alongside one another harmoniously.

My journey took an unexpected detour when I met my twin soul back in 2018. This event catapulted my spiritual awakening and wrenched me from the grip of codependency that had dominated my life since childhood. I started to follow the feeling that there was more to life than I had been led to believe. I started to realise that my intuition was a valuable tool and that I had the power within me to create a life very different from the one being sold to me as the ideal; that perhaps a failed marriage was actually a success rather than a failure. I was learning to let go of the need to live my life on everyone else’s terms and instead give my energy to things and people that felt good.

The journey to enlightenment and emotional freedom was slow, characterised by equal moments of heartbreak and joy. But the beautiful gift it gave me? I found myself! I learned to trust myself to meet my own needs for safety and security. I learned to love myself, and know that I am absolutely worthy of a love as pure and unconditional as the one my twin soul was offering me. And that I don’t need to ask for it or fight for it or cling to it, I just need to allow myself to receive it.
