Why I Created this Meditation
Meditation was the key to meeting my inner child for the very first time. I found that guided meditation created the space and safety within to access the scared, vulnerable parts of me that had remained hidden for so long.
I created this Inner Child Meditation, so that you could access your inner child’s hopes, fears and wishes. Some of my clients have reported forgotten memories surfacing when listening to the meditation, giving them new insight and perspective on how they were feeling during pivotal childhood moments. In my work with clients, I’ve observed that for many, the more they listened to it, the more their mental and emotional load was easing. Over time, many describe feeling calmer, less reactive, and more emotionally balanced.
Often our childhood coping mechanisms manifest into anger, anxiety, overwhelm or self-abandonment in adulthood. This meditation provides an opporunity to reconnect with the younger you and offer them the love, safety and reassurance they are still seeking today.
