Getting Started
-
If you'd like to experience my approach before committing to the 3 month mentorship, you can book a 45-minute Breakthrough Session. This shorter session provides focused support around a specific challenge and gives you the opportunity to see whether we're a good fit to work together.
Visit Holistic Counselling or Book Now to take the next step.

It's completely normal to feel nervous, unsure, or even a little anxious before your first session.
Many clients come to me knowing they are ready for change but feeling uncertain about where to start or how to explain what they're experiencing. You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive.
My role is to guide the conversation, ask questions, and help you explore what's been happening in a way that feels comfortable and manageable. You won't be expected to lead the session or know exactly what to say.
If you book a Holistic Discovery Session, we'll spend 90 minutes exploring your current challenges, personal history, relationships, family dynamics, coping patterns, and the areas of life where you'd like support. The purpose is to help me gain a thorough understanding of who you are and what may be contributing to the patterns you're experiencing.
If you book a Breakthrough Session, we'll focus on a specific challenge, situation, or concern that is impacting you right now. These sessions combine counselling, practical guidance, and insight to help you gain clarity and move forward with greater confidence.

You will never be pressured to discuss anything you don't feel ready to share. While I may ask questions to help us understand your experiences more deeply, we will always work at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.
My aim is to create a supportive, non-judgemental space where you feel heard, understood, and at ease.
Many clients leave their first session feeling relieved, clearer about what's been happening, and reassured that they don't have to navigate it alone.

If you're looking for support with a specific issue, a counselling session is a great place to start.
If you've been repeating the same patterns for years, whether that's people-pleasing, low self-worth, difficult relationships, anxiety, or feeling stuck, my 3 Month Mentorship offers a much deeper level of support.
Real transformation comes through consistency, integration and having someone walk alongside you as you create lasting change. That's exactly why I created the mentorship.
If you're unsure which option is right for you, book a Free Connection Call and we'll talk about what feels like the best fit. Otherwise if you’d like to expereince working with me before making a choice book a Breatkthrough session.

This is a short 15 minute chat that allows you to ask any questions you may have to help you decide which path you might like to take and whether I offer what you are looking for.
We wil briefly discuss what is going on for you and how I can best support you.
The 3 Month Mentorship
-
While both are designed to support your healing, they offer very different experiences.
A counselling session can provide clarity, insight and support around what's happening in your life right now. For some people, that's exactly what's needed.
The 3 Month Mentorship is for those who are ready to go much deeper.
Instead of meeting for a session and then navigating everything on your own until next time, we work together over 13 weeks to uncover the patterns that have shaped your life, heal the core wounds beneath them, and create lasting change.
Healing isn't something that happens in a single conversation. It takes consistency, reflection, integration and support. The mentorship gives us the time and space to do that work properly.
If you're looking for more than temporary relief and you're ready to create real transformation, the mentorship is the most powerful way to work with me.
-
Real healing takes time.
Insight can happen in an instant, but creating lasting change requires space to process, integrate and practise new ways of thinking, feeling and responding.
Over the 13 weeks, we'll work through your patterns at a pace that allows your nervous system to feel safe, rather than overwhelmed. Between sessions you'll have practical exercises, reflections and ongoing support to help you apply what you're learning in everyday life.
The goal isn't for you to feel better for a few days after a session. The goal is for you to experience a genuine shift in how you relate to yourself, your relationships and your life.
-
The mentorship is ideal if you've reached a point where you know you're ready for change.
You may have spent years struggling with people-pleasing, anxiety, low self-worth, difficult relationships, perfectionism or repeating the same patterns over and over. You might already understand why you do what you do, but still find yourself reacting in the same ways.
If you're looking for a quick fix, the mentorship probably isn't the right fit.
If you're ready to commit to your healing, be curious about yourself and do the work required to create lasting change, it can be life-changing.
If you're unsure whether it's the right next step, you're welcome to book a Free Connection Call and we'll explore what's best for you.
-
Throughout the mentorship you'll have access to me via email or text during business hours if you need guidance, reassurance or support as things arise.
You'll also receive personalised home practices and reflections designed to help you integrate what we've covered together, along with two Distance Reiki sessions to support your healing throughout the program.
One of the biggest benefits of the mentorship is knowing you don't have to navigate the journey alone. Support is there when you need it, not just during our scheduled sessions.
-
Absolutely.
Many people find that by the end of the mentorship they've experienced the shift they were looking for and feel confident moving forward on their own.
Others choose to continue with weekly, fortnightly or monthly holistic counselling sessions as life unfolds. These sessions provide ongoing support, accountability and a space to navigate new challenges while continuing to strengthen everything they've created during the mentorship.
My hope is always that you leave feeling empowered and equipped with the tools to support yourself, knowing I'm here whenever you need me.

Distance Reiki allows you to receive Reiki without being physically present. These sessions are approximately 30-minutes and include intention setting, the Reiki transmission, and sharing of experiences afterwards. You are not required to be online during the session and they are available anywhere in Australia.
Holistic Counselling
-
Holistic counselling helps you understand patterns, beliefs, and experiences shaping your life. Energy work such as Reiki,Meditation, Crystal Healing, or Colour Therapy supports emotional and energetic healing.
Sessions are tailored to you. Often, a 90-minute session includes about half counselling and half energy work.
-
Energy work is not part of Breakthrough Sessions, which are purely talk-based.
In other 90-minute sessions typically, around half of the session is spent exploring what is happening in your life, identifying patterns, gaining insight, and working through challenges.
The remaining time may include Reiki, guided meditation, crystal healing, colour therapy, or a combination of modalities that best support your needs on the day.
You can always opt out, it’s never compulsory.
-
That's completely okay.
Many people come to their first session with little or no experience of Reiki or other energy-based therapies.
You don't need to understand how it works before you begin. Everything is explained, and questions are welcome.
Sessions are designed to be safe and supportive, so you feel comfortable throughout the process.
-
Yes. Both holistic counselling and distance Reiki can be delivered online. Many clients are surprised how connected and effective online sessions feel.
-
It differs for everyone. Most clients notice meaningful shifts after about seven sessions. Real change usually begins between 12–16 sessions as patterns are understood and addressed. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you.
-
Both work. Weekly sessions provide continuity, help maintain momentum, and support faster awareness and growth. Many clients start weekly and later move to fortnightly as they feel more secure.
-
You don't need to arrive with all the answers.
Many people know something isn't working in their life but struggle to explain exactly why.
You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, constantly second-guessing yourself, or unsure why the same challenges keep appearing.
Part of my role is helping you make sense of your experiences and uncover the unconscious thoughts and feelings that may be contributing to them.
Whether your focus is Childhood Trauma & Inner Child Healing, Attachment Trauma & Relationships, Self-Worth & People-Pleasing, or Finding Purpose & Identity, we'll work together to understand what's happening beneath the surface and create a path forward.
-
Sadly, no. Holistic counselling sessions are not eligible for Medicare rebates and are not provided under a Mental Health Care Plan. All sessions are privately paid.
Healing & Trauma
-
Yes, exploring your childhood and early experiences is an essential part of this approach. Many patterns, beliefs, and core wounds we carry as adults originate from these formative years, and understanding them allows real change to happen.
If you don’t feel ready to explore your past, you may benefit from preparatory approaches such as somatic therapies or EMDR before engaging in inner child work.
Altenatively you might prefer to book a Breakthrough session to explore an issue you are currenlty facing.
I will always respect your process and will not expect you to share anything that you don’t feel ready to talk about.

No. Many people benefit from counselling without extreme events in their history. Everyday experiences, unresolved emotions, and recurring patterns can all impact your life and are worth exploring.
