If you’re tired of repeating cycles of guilt, shame, people pleasing and self abandonment in life and relationships then you are in the right place.
Many of us unconsciously carry our childhood wounds into adulthood without ever acknowledging or addressing them. These often manifest as ways of coping, staying safe, seeking approval, or feeling accepted and over time they can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected or overwhelmed.
This work provides an opportunity to change that.
By bringing subconscious thoughts, fears and beliefs to the surface we can start to shift them for good. My approach combines holistic counselling, inner child healing, and nervous system support to help you break free from old patterns and create lasting change, inviting more space for freedom, clarity and hope for the future.

How I Work
My approach is integrative holistic counselling combined with energy-based healing practices.
We start with what’s happening in your life right now - the anxiety, overwhelm, relationship stress, self-doubt, or sense of being stuck.
From there, we begin to make sense of the patterns underneath those experiences, including how earlier life experiences may have shaped the way you respond today.
We work to make sense of your patterns in a way that feels grounded, real, and supportive so you can start to respond differently in your life now.
Inner Child Work & Attachment Patterns
Many of the struggles people bring to me have roots in childhood experiences.
Quite often it is the smaller, seemingly insignifcant moments that shape how you learned to relate to yourself and others.
Things like:
learning to put others first to feel safe or loved
feeling responsible for other people’s emotions
shutting down your needs to avoid conflict
becoming hyper-independent or overly accommodating
feeling like you have to “get it right” to be accepted
These patterns can continue into adulthood and show up as anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-worth issues, or a constant sense of pressure within yourself.
Inner child work helps bring awareness to these patterns so they can begin to shift.
Releasing Stored Emotions
Sometimes what keeps people stuck isn’t a lack of understanding, it’s unprocessed emotional experiences that haven’t had space to move through.
When emotions are pushed down or held in for too long, they can show up later as anxiety, overwhelm, anger, or dissociation.
In sessions, we work with these experiences in a supported way so they can be acknowledged and processed, rather than carried alone.
Energy Work in Sessions
Energy work is a core part of how I work and is woven into holistic counselling sessions.
Depending on what you need, this may include:
EFT (tapping)
Visualisation
These practices support you in connecting with deeper emotional layers, calming the nervous system, and creating space for stuck or suppressed feelings to shift.
What You Can Expect
We begin by talking about what’s happening in your life right now — whether that’s anxiety, relationship challenges, feeling stuck, overwhelm, or something else that’s weighing on you.
From there, we slowly explore the deeper patterns or past experiences that may be influencing what you're experiencing in the present. This reflective part of the session helps bring greater awareness and understanding to what’s really going on beneath the surface.
We then close with an energy-based practice tailored to your needs. This may include Reiki, meditation, EFT (tapping), visualisation, crystal healing, or colour therapy to help integrate the insights from the session, regulate your nervous system, and leave you feeling more grounded and supported.
